SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs varies country by country and is calculated at the checkout based on total order weight. 
All deliveries are shipped with proven track record using worldwide known courier company - DPD.

DELIVERY TIME 
Delivery time varies country by country and estimate shipping time can be viewed at the checkout when service selected.

We normally despatch all orders within 1-3 days.
However, during busy sale and new launch periods, it may take up to 5 days due to high volumes.

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes.

TAXES AND DUTIES
There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon delivery of your shipment. You may be contacted via email or text from delivery company in your country and payment may be required in order to receive your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. We are not required to inform customers of such additional costs and are not required to refund such costs to customer.
 


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, product must be intact and unopened, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@thefrostbeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customer covers return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right quickly. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, usually within 3 days after receiving, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
