UNITED KINGOM

FREE SHIPPING
 for orders over £60

Orders shipped within 1-3 days using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD NEXT WORKING DAY service. We also offer DPD SATURDAY DELIVERY option which will be dispatched on the next Friday after the order is placed. Please note that delivery estimates are from date of dispatch and not from date of order. 

EUROPE 

Orders to GERMANY, FRANCE, AUSTRIA, SPAIN, ITALY and THE NETHERLANDS are shipped with DPD TAX AND DUTIES PRE-PAID. The shipping costs are calculated by order value in line with customs practices to include delivery and ALL fees at a reduced price. No further payments are required. 

Orders to the REST OF EUROPE are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked and do NOT include TAX and DUTIES. These are paid separate and directly to customs. This service that may take 3-10 working days to deliver. 

 

AUSTRALIA   CANADA   USA     HONG KONG  and  REST OF THE WORLD

Orders shipped within 1-3 days using TRACKED service that may take 4-18 working days to deliver. 

Tax and Duties NOT included in shipping price (with exception of AUSTRALIA and USA)

TAXES AND DUTIES 

When importing from the UK, there can be additional duties and taxes applied upon delivery of your shipment. These are usually a percentage of the total order value; percentages vary from country to country so we recommend to check before ordering so you are aware of the cost of importing. These can usually be found on government websites. 

You may be contacted via email or text from delivery company in your country and payment may be required in order to receive your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. We are not required to inform customers of such additional costs at time of purchase and are not required to refund such costs to customer. 

NOTABLE SHIPMENT INFORMATION

Due to the conflict in Ukraine, we have suspended deliveries to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine for the foreseeable future. 

Shipments to Italy are currently estimated to be delivered within 6 weeks of dispatch. This is due to a severe delay at Italian Customs.
